Lebanese Forces' MP Antoine Zahra on Monday considered that last night's interview with Prime Minister Saad Hariri had proven his freedom, adding that the Lebanese Constitution does not prevent resignation from outside the country.
"There is nothing in the Constitution that prevents Hariri's resignation from outside Lebanon (...) the President of the republic does not have the constitutional power to refuse the resignation," Zahra said in an interview with Voice of Lebanon radio station.
The lawmaker also expected that Hariri would be designated again to form the government.
"If Hezbollah does not respond, the governmental crisis will last for several months," he said
