The general secretary of Moroccan Royal Army club (AS FAR), Mohamed Mofeid, confirmed that Al Mahdi al-Nghmi was determined to leave the military team, adding that what the player stated before, that he was subjected to pressure and harassment by the team's officials, is just false allegations.
In exclusive statements for Arabs Today, Mofeid accused al-Nghmi of running away from the team's preparatory camp. He added that the team forced to undergo medical examinations for him by the army doctor, who granted him 10-day leave, to return to training with the rest of his colleagues.
Mofeid denied the player's statements about subjecting him to a rigorous training program in order to force him to leave the team without receiving his full financial dues.
He defended the position of the military team with respect to the deduction from his dues in the Royal Army by confirming that the contract, which was linked between the parties, extend to five years, which requires the player to compensate the team financially.
