The tower will also include offices and Cambodia’s first luxury retail mall. Upon completion, the hotel will offer 148 rooms and suites, along with 27 serviced residences. F&B options will include three restaurants, a lobby lounge and a sky bar on a cantilevered terrace, while the hotel will also feature a spa with five treatment rooms, a 20-metre swimming pool on the 33rd floor and a fitness centre.
