The euro rose Friday morning in Tokyo after it fell overnight on growing uncertainties about the eurozone debt crisis. At noon, the euro fetched 1.3492-3494 dollar and 103.79-83 yen against 1.3451-3461 dollar and 103.55-65 yen in New York and 1. 3474-3476 dollar and 103.71-75 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. The U.S. dollar was quoted at 76.91-94 yen against 76.93-77.03 yen in New York and 76.97-98 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.
