Minister of Finance Mohammad Zamam discussed on Tuesday with U.S. ambassador to Yemen Matthew Tueller areas of economic and financial cooperation between the two countries and way of boosting them.
In the meeting, Zamam expressed the Yemeni government's appreciation for the support provided by the U.S. to Yemen, hailing the efforts made by the ambassador to develop the relations between the two sides.
For his part, the U.S. ambassador renewed his country's keenness to stand by Yemen and to continue to support and assist the efforts of Yemeni government to bring the country out of the current crisis and push forward the development wheel.
