Ukraine's vehicle production in the first ten month this year dropped 28 percent year-on-year, an industry body said Thursday.
A total of 27,590 vehicles were produced in Ukraine from January to October, down by 7,730 units from a year earlier, the Ukravtoprom Analysis Group said in their latest report.
Bus production saw the largest decline plunging 60 percent year-on-year to 716 units, while passenger car output dropped 27 percent to 25,309 vehicles.
Truck production, meanwhile, stood at 1,565 units, down 0.7 percent year-on-year in the recording period.
In October alone, the country's auto production plunged 72.5 percent on an annual basis to 1,475 vehicles.
Last year, a total of 50,449 vehicles were produced in Ukraine, down by 33.9 percent from 2012.
