Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal on Wednesday invited Turkish firms to take part in Algeria's economic renewal, through profitable and mutual beneficial projects.
"I invite Turkish investors and business managers to work together with their Algerian partners to boost friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries and participate to Algeria's economic and social renewal," Sellal said in a closing address at the Algerian-Turkish Business Forum, attended by Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is on an official visit to Algeria.
The current level of trade between the two countries and their huge human and material potential show "very promising" prospects for Algerian-Turkish cooperation and economic relations, Sellal stressed.
The number of Turkish companies working in Algeria is expected to reach 1,500 in 2015 from 940 now, through partnership due to be created between Algerian and Turkish investors, according to the figures provided by the premier.
