Brussels - KUNA

British Prime Minister David Cameron Wednesday called for international collaboration in sharing tax information in order to fight tax fraud and tax evasion. "This is an important meeting," he told reporters as he arrived for a summit of EU leaders in Brussels. "I believe in low taxes for businesses because we have to encourage investments, we have to encourage jobs for Britain to be a winner in the global race," he said. "We have got to make sure as we set those tax rates that companies pay those taxes that means international collaboration, sharing of tax information, " said Cameron. "I am making that the headlines of my G8 summit in a month's time" he stressed and added that "It is good for our own countries and good for the developing world. I hope we can make some progress today." Energy and combating tax fraud are the two main topics on the agenda of the summit of EU leaders.
