Minister of Labour, Chairman of Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Jameel bin Mohammad Ali Humaidan, today received Huawei Representative, Brad Sin Ki, accompanied by Human Resources Director, Mohammad Al-Derazi
Labour Minister was informed of Huawei efforts in providing mobile telecommunications and information technology services, in addition to programmes and initiatives in the field of employment, rehabilitation of national workforce.
The minister stressed giving support for investment companies to assist them to be successful, mainly in the rapidly growing telecommunications and information technology sector.
He reviewed the ministry's efforts in attracting investments and training and rehabilitating national cadres capable of competing in all vocational sectors, including telecommunications and information technology.
Huawei Representative praised the facilitations provided by the Labour Ministry in a bid to encouragement investments companies that provide suitable work opportunities for citizens.
He highlighted keenness to support the ministry's efforts aimed at the integration and development of national workforce and improving productivity.
