Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said the Egyptian president, government and people are highly appreciating the Sudanese nationals who are being treated on equal footing as the Egyptian citizens.
In statements to "Al-Sudani" newspaper, Shoukry said the Sudanese community in Egypt is being warmly welcomed, asserting that any attempts to underline the unity and ties binding the River Nile people all over their history would never bear any fruit.
Any individual incidents that might take place against any Sudanese national are considered exceptions, he said, noting that Sudanese nationals living in Egypt are a support to the Egyptian community.
