Cabinet Spokesman Hossam Qawish on Sunday said that January will see a series of tripartite meetings between officials of Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia to discuss technical issues of the Ethiopian Grand Renaissance Dam.
The First meeting will be held on Wednesday and Thursday in Addis Ababa, Qawish told reporters earlier in the day.
The meeting will tackle a number of technical suggestions submitted by Egypt, the spokesman added.
He noted that other meeting will be held late in January in Cairo to discuss dam's studies that would be provided by two consultant French companies.
A third meeting will be held in February in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum, the spokesman said.
