UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler affirmed that he is in constant contact with Tripoli to form a security team which will enable the Libyan national accord government of entering Tripoli.
Speaking at a press conference, following his meeting with Libyan Parliament Speaker Akila Saleh, Kobler said that terrorism has expanded in Libya due to the political division in the country.
He underlined the need of attaining Libya's unity in order to confront Daesh terrorist group.
He further said that it is important to form a presidential council as soon as possible.
