A Sudanese delegation headed by Parliament speaker Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Tahir will embark on a visit to Bahrain on Wednesday with a letter from Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir to the king of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, pertaining to relations between the two countries and issues of common concern. Al-Tahir will also hold meetings in Manama with the Chairmen of House of Representatives and Shura Council and a number of officials in the Kingdom, dealing with closer relations between the two countries in general and between the bodies of legislation in particular. The accompanying delegation of the Parliament Speaker will include each of Chairman of Foreign Relations Committee, Chairman of Economic Affairs Committee, and two deputies in the parliament.
