Egyptian actress Heba Magdy expressed her pleasure of the reactions to her role in “Sons of Nine” TV drama show currently presented on a satellite channel. She added that the series achieved notable success despite its presentation in encrypted channel, as it underlines a large number of issues raised in the Egyptian community.
She revealed, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that she accepted to participate in the series as she performed a different role, praising the series’ scenario. She stressed that the show discussed a large number of issues, including the wombs rent and servants problem, saying that she is happy for being among a group of superstars.
The actress stressed that she was extremely happy of the reactions to her show “Younis Walad Fada” presented during previous drama season, saying that she was expecting its success, while she did not expect to be honored for her role in the series.
She added that she will not participate in any works during the coming Ramadan due to her pregnancy, saying that she will give birth to her first son this month. She expressed her satisfaction for participating in the film “One of the Days”, saying that her role will be a surprise for the fans.
She added that she decided to participate in the film as it provided her with a fully different role. She said, “I perform the role of two personalities in this film. Its scenario was written in a very attractive way. It is considered social and romantic story that will attract the viewers.”
She praised the timing to present the film, as it coincides with the celebration of the Valentine’s Day. She stressed her keenness to meet the fans aspirations during the coming period, promising to participate in successful works.
She praised her husband, singer Mohamed Mohsen, saying that he is respectable artist. She described him as a kind man, stressing that he performs a major role to support her in artistic career.
