Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development yesterday opened the Abu Dhabi Electronics Shopper (ADES 2015) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
Drawing the participation of over 50 exhibitors, ADES 2015 convenes at a time when the country’s domestic consumer electronics market is expected toincrease in value to US$4.8 billion by end of 2015.
The largest consumer electronics exhibition in Abu Dhabi, the event offer exclusive deals and bundled offers on a wide range of consumer products from leading brands. This includes ‘Visit and Win’ draws that will give every visitor a chance to win a wide range of electronic gadgets, as well as Etihad Airways tickets and a Ford Mustang 2015.
The organisers of the show earlier announced, as a key highlight, that the event will open to pre-order for some of the latest and much awaited smartphone models. The event will also witness the exclusive launch of Nikon D7200 and D5500.
Spanning an area of 10,000 sq.m., ADES 2015 provides exhibitors with an ideal platform to showcase products and services related to consumer electronics. Participating retailers include Sharaf DG, Plug-Ins, Jacky Retail, Grand Stores, Techlink, and Jurassic, among others.
