Qatar's minister of state for defence affairs major general Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah

HE Minister of State for Defense Affairs Major-General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah arrived Friday back to Doha after a short visit to Riyadh.
In reception of HE the Minister upon arrival to Riyadh was Saudi Arabia's Minister of Defense Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. The two officials held a meeting to discuss issues of joint interest. They also discussed coordinating the participation of Qatari forces in Al Hazm storm operation led by Saudi Arabia.
Commander Of The Qatar Emiri Air Force Is Brigadier General Mubarak Mohammed Al Kumait Al Khayarin attended the meeting, as did Ambassador of Qatar to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdullah bin Thamer Al-Thani.
HE the Minister then concluded the his visit by a tour of the Joint Operations Center where His Excellency was briefed on Al Hazm storm operation.
 The Spokesman added that the operation in its second day targeted roads and bridges used by the militias to transport weapons and other materials. He added that the coalition's targeting of these bridges was done mainly to prevent the transportation of ballistic missiles.
The spokesman also called on Yemeni citizens to stay away from any Houthi-militia gatherings or caravans as the coalition is targeting all those areas.
The spokesman also confirmed that the coalition has complete control of the Yemeni airspace. On the presence of militias on the Southern borders of Saudi Arabia, the Spokesman said the coalition forces monitored that presence and targeted it with Apache helicopters.
