After the room service menu and the pillow menu, this one seemed almost inevitable -- one London hotel is now offering a bath menu for the summer. Designed to help guests scrub a day's worth of London grit from their bodies, the package comes courtesy of the Goring Hotel and Molton Brown, two British institutions determined to offer guests something special this summer, as the world descends on London. Uniquely though, the idea doesn't just include any old scents - Molton Brown is promising a trip around the world, from Australia to China, Madagascar to Florida. The China fragrance contains essential oils of vanilla, ylang-ylang and rose, for instance, while Australia's contains pure eucalyptus oil and Madagascar's is steeped in Madagascan black peppercorn oil. To help create the perfect bath to match the £20.12 (€25) price point, cocktails will also be served alongside the bath option chosen -- naturally, the bath is drawn by the hotel's dedicated 'Bath Butler' and also includes scented candles. For those unable to stretch to the butler and the hotel, the entire bath set is available to purchase from Molton Brown for £36 (€45). The Goring prides itself on offering only the best (Kate Middleton stayed here the night before her wedding to Prince William), so the bath butler service will no doubt be welcomed by its exclusive clientele -- who are becoming increasingly spoiled when it comes to quirky butler services. Take a vacation at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach, for example, and you'll find a tanning butler armed with mist sprays and sunscreen to ensure the perfect bronzing experience -- he's now accompanied by a mixologist on wheels, shaking up cocktails in the sun for guests. Since its reopening last year, the estimable Savoy has pioneered another butler service, drafting in a 'Green Butler' to advise guests on the latest sustainable restaurants and green bars, as well as new areas of London that use eco-friendly technology.
