The move aims to implement the second phase of transferring domestic workers’ transactions to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation following the application of the first phase in Dubai last year.
Aisha Bel Harfia, Assistant-Undersecretary of the Domestic Workers Affairs at the ministry, said the ministry is coordinating with the UAE’s General Directorates of Residency and Foreigners Affairs to gear up for implementing the second phase of transferring domestic workers’ applications to the Ministry.
