United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad al Hussein called on Friday for referring the Syrian crisis to the International Criminal Court (ICC).

UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon called again the Security Council to refer war crimes committed in Syria to the ICC.
