The third batch of militants and their families started to leave al Waer district in Homs on Saturday morning.

The convoy will go to militant-held Idlib. This convoy consists of around 1,500 people, in which, 400 are fighters.

The move came as part of an agreement signed between the negotiations committee in al Waer and a delegation from the Syrian governmental forces under Russia's sponsorship.
