The Syrian air force destroyed a number of Daesh vehicles to the northwest of Palmyra City.

A military source told SANA that the army air force carried out sorties against the movements of the Daesh vehicles and their gatherings in the surroundings of al Shaer oil field to the northwest of Palmyra, according to SANA News Agency on Thursday.

The source added that a number of vehicles, some of which equipped with machineguns, were destroyed.
