The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said on Tuesday it documented the killing of more than 300,000 persons during the Syrian war since the eruption of the revolution until the holding of the truce reached by the US and Russia.
The US and Russia had agreed on holding a ceasefire in Syria which started on Monday.
Since the beginning of the Syrian revolution, the London-based observatory has documented 301,781 human losses, it said.
On March 18, 2011, the first martyr was announced in Daraa city, according to SOHR.
More than 430,000 persons were murdered in civil war in Syria until now, including confirmed and unconfirmed death toll, the observatory added.
