Syrian regime jets have since Sunday night been launching airstrikes targeting areas in Aleppo, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Monday.
The jets targeted areas in al Rashedeen, Bostan al Qasr, Bostan al Basha, al Halak, al Haydariya and Masaken Hano, SOHR noted.
Other areas, such as al Jandoul and Hanadarat Camp in northern Aleppo were also hit, it added.
Dozens were wounded and at least two citizens were confirmed dead, the observatory said.
The military jets also launched raids Sunday night on several areas in the towns of Qabtan al Jabal and Enjara in western Rif Aleppo, causing material damage.
Areas in Haql Shaer in eastern Rif Homs were also targeted.
In northern Rif Homs, airstrikes were reported in Talbisa, al Farhaniya, Ghernata, al Hashemiya, al Ghajar and Deir Fool.
