At least 106 people were killed on Sunday in different part of the war-wrecked Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said on Monday.

The death toll included 33 soldiers of the Syrian army and pro-Assad gunmen along with 17 civilians.

According to the UK-based monitoring group, ten Al-Nusra Front militants, eight Deash members were killed during the clashes that took place at Damascus countryside.

in Aleppo, some six fighters of the Kurdish People's Protection Units were killed during Sunday's clashes as well.
