At least 34 opposition gunmen by Assad forces in Daraa countryside on Monday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

The opposition gunmen were preparing to launch an assault against Assad forces when they were surprised by an attack by the regime forces.

Syrian army used cannons and heavy guns in the attack, the observatory said. 

Ten foreign members of Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham were among the dead.
