Nusra Front militants targeted on Tuesday a hospital in Aleppo, leaving three women dead and 17 others injured.

The terrorist attack caused damage to the hospital and nearby buildings, a security source told the Syrian news agency. 

The source added that 11 persons were also killed and scores others wounded after terrorist groups fired 65 missiles at several sites in Aleppo.

Most of casualties are men and women, the source noted.
