At least 15 civilians have been killed in a missile attack by Syrian regime troops on Ouaijal town, western Aleppo. 

The raid also destroyed a number of buildings in the town, the civil defense center said Monday. 

The number of casualties is likely to increase as search operations continue underneath the debris.
