A top Daesh leader was killed when an air raid targeted his vehicle in northeastern Diyala governorate in Iraq, a local source said on Friday.

The terrorist, H. M. S., is a senior Daesh leader who was responsible for transferring weapons, bombs and medicine.

He was riding the car with one of his closest friends. They were moving arms and anti-tank grenades.

The airstrike followed monitoring his moves for a long time, the source further said., adding that the operation is a great success that will help in defeating the terrorist group.
