Iraqi security forces foiled Wednesday a terrorist operation and arrested a suicide bomber from Daesh terrorist group in the mostly Shi'ite district of Kadhimiya, located northwest of the Iraqi capital. 

In press statements, spokesman for Baghdad Operations Command Saad Maan said that a suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt was arrested in the district of Kadhimiya. 

The belt was dismantled without losses, he added.
