One civilian was killed and 11 others were injured when a roadside bomb went off in southern Baghdad today. 
The bomb was planted by unknown people, said security sources. 
In an other incident, an explosive devise exploded as a military patrol was passing. Security sources said that the explosion caused injury to two servicemen.
