A suicide bomber blew himself up on Monday in Baghdad Al-Jidida district of southeastern Baghdad, the Spokesman of Baghdad Operations Command Saad Maan said.

Fatalities and casualties were reported.

The Iraqi capital is witnessing a number of terror attacks from time to time held by Daesh terrorist group. The attacks aim to destabilize the country's security.
