Iraqi forces find 17 bodies killed by Daesh in Fallujah

Iraqi forces continued to liberate Molalemin and Golan districts northern Fallujah city from Daesh terrorist group.

The forces found 17 bodies of Iraqi civilians and soldiers in a prison in Molalemin district that were killed by the terrorist group days ago, a security source said.

Meanwhile, Anbar Governor Sohaib Alrawi announced the forming of a committee to restore stability in Fallujah city that was liberated from Daesh.

In the meantime, the Iraqi forces restored Sheikh Ali village from Daesh and defused explosives planted by the terrorist group and also destroyed a Daesh car and killed a number of terrorists in the area.

In statements, Iraqi Defense Ministry spokesman Nasser Nouri said the forces killed six Daesh terrorists who were hiding in a house, adding that the forces foiled a Daesh attack and destroyed a building where a number of Daesh militants were hiding.

Also, the forces killed six terrorists northern Saladin province.

International coalition warplanes shelled a Daesh position in Nineveh province in which nine terrorists were killed and seven Daesh boats were destroyed.
