Commander of the Iraqi Federal Police Raed Gawdat said the Iraqi artillery resumed on Tuesday shelling the premises of Daesh terrorist organization near Mosul.

In statements carried by the BBC, Gawdat said the Iraqi artillery targeted al-Tayaran district, located some 4 kilometers south of Mosul, to pave the way for its ground storming of the area.
