An Iraqi army helicopter crashed outside Abu Ghraib, killing all three crew members on board, police said. The helicopter experienced technical problems Saturday as it flew above an area where the army was engaged in battle with anti-goverment tribal fighters, a source told China's official news service Xinhua. Meanwhile, the government declared a 72-hour cease-fire late Saturday in nearby Fallujah to give a chance to peacefully clear al-Qaida fighters from the city, Xinhua said.
