At least four Iraqi civilians were killed and four others injured in a booby-trapped car attack in the southern city of Basra on Monday, according to the initial tally.

In a separate incident, a man wearing a suicide belt blew himself up in a restaurant in the southern Iraqi city of Nassireya, killing and injuring 25 volunteers with the Popular Mobilization Force.
