The Iraqi Army killed 38 members of Daesh group and destroyed one of their hotbeds in an air raid in Samarra, located about 95 kilometers (60 miles) north of Baghdad.
Samarra fell into the hands of Daesh when the militants launched an offensive in northern Iraq and proclaimed a caliphate in the country and in neighboring Syria.
