Three people were killed and 33 others injured in a series of car bombings in the Iraqi capital Baghdad.

The three people were killed when two car bombs ripped through el Esskan area, Baghdad, spokesman for the Iraqi Interior Ministry told MENA.

At least 30 people were injured in the attack, he said.

A third car bomb hit el Talibiya area in northern Baghdad, injuring three others, he added.
