At least four civilians were killed in al Sabery area in northern Benghazi when mines and explosives planted by terrorists in the houses of residents went off, the Libyan army said on Saturday.

Spokesman for the Libyan army engineering department called on citizens not to rush to entering the recently liberated areas where mines might have been placed by terrorists.
