A leader of Daesh terrorist group, named Farag el Obiedi, was killed in Libyan Derna city due to clashes with Mujahideen Shura Council of Derna.

Obiedi was leading some members of the extremist organization, according to local sources in the city on Thursday.

Violence escalated as clashes took place between the two sides, the sources noted.
