Three Libyan servicemen were killed on Thursday in an armed attack that was launched by unidentified gunmen at a checkpoint in eastern Libya.
Another civilian, who was passing by the area, was slaughtered in the attack.
The Libyan army controlled the situation and expelled the attackers.
