Unidentified miscreants attack Manzoor Shaheed Police Post in Peshawar, sources have said, adding that more than sixty armed attackers surrounded the Manzoor Shaheed Police Post in Sarband area, early morning and opened indiscriminate fire. 
According to Pakistani Dunya News, militants managed to flee from the site after strong retaliation by police. So far no injury has been reported.
The recent attack is similar to last week's attack on DPO office in Dera Ismail Khan in which four terrorists were killed and one was arrested by the security forces.
