Teresa Giudice

Teresa Giudice will begin to pay the $414,588 she owes the federal government in restitution.

Court records show the 43-year-old reality star has agreed to turn over her 2005 Maserati, 25 percent of her pay from Bravo series The Real Housewives of New Jersey and 50 percent of rental income on her Lincoln Park home.

Giudice and husband Joe Giudice were sentenced to 15 and 41 months in prison, respectively, on multiple charges of fraud in October 2014. The couple will serve their terms separately on account of their four children, and Giudice entered Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in January.

Joe Giudice also consented to allow the government to sell furnishings from his family's Montville mansion. The 43-year-old businessman is caring for daughters Gia, Milania, Gabriella and Audriana while Giudice is away, and expressed renewed appreciation for his wife in April.

Giudice tweeted from prison for the first time last week to thank fans for their continued support. The reality star came to fame on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and her attorney, James J. Leonard, Jr., recently said Giudice will likely return on the series following her release.
