Taylor Swift stopped by the Boston Children's Hospital on Sunday to surprise a 6-year-old fan who is battling leukemia.
During her visit, the Grammy Award winner, 24, performed an acoustic version of her hit single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" in Jordan Nickerson's room after chatting with him for a while. The boy's parent's captured the moment in a clip that has gone viral.
Swift's visit with Nickerson comes weeks after the singer made headlines for responding to a fan's request for relationship advice on Instagram and two months since it was revealed that she made a $50,000 donation to The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Cancer Center at CHOP for the creation of a "high-tech music therapy cart" for teenage cancer patients to create their own music.
The "Red" singer most recently made headlines for releasing a cryptic clue on social media following the announcement that she was preparing an "explosive" performance for the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.
