Taylor Swift

Self-proclaimed new pop artist Taylor Swift stole the show at the MTV VMAs red carpet on Sunday after showing up in a colorful short romper.
The "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer, 24, wore a letter-printed Mary Katrantzou onesie and Elie Saab shoes for her entrance at the awards show. Swift wore her short hair in loose waves and complemented her look with Lorraine Schwartz earrings and rings, and pave bands by Ofira.
The singer was set to give the second performance of the night and had reportedly planned an "explosive" show. Swift wore a silver ensemble for the act in which she sang her new single "Shake It Off" live for the first time alongside several men in black suits.
Swift unveiled the track last week during a Yahoo live stream where she announced plans to release her first "official" pop music album on October 27.
