Mila Kunis' alleged childhood friend, Kristina Karo, has dropped her lawsuit against the actress.
Karo, an aspiring singer, sued the 31-year-old star in April for reportedly stealing her pet chicken Doggie when they were growing up together in Ukraine. She will no longer pursue legal action, having acquired the $5,000 she wanted from Kunis from fans.
"I've learned to forgive in my heart the people who have wronged me, like Mila," Karo told TMZ. "There is only one judge and that is God. I pray for her soul and the soul of Doggie, that he was found peace finally in chicken heaven."
Karo claimed to be seeking compensation to cover therapy bills stemming from the alleged chicken-stealing incident. She, like Kunis, moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment, and previously said her proximity to the star caused her to re-enter treatment.
Kunis and fiancé Ashton Kutcher laughed off the lawsuit after the allegations went public. The actress will next voice Deema in animated comedy Hell & Back, while Kutcher is scheduled for an adaptation of the William Gay novel The Long Home.
