Kristen Stewart is back to being brunette.
The 24-year-old actress has dyed her hair brown after months of having orange-colored tresses. Stewart dyed her locks bright orange for her movie American Ultra in April, and kept the citrus shade even as it grew out. She debuted her new, chocolate hue at a press conference for her movie Equals Saturday in Tokyo.

Equals is a science fiction romantic drama directed by Drake Doremus and produced by Ridley Scott that stars Stewart and Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: Days of Future Past). The actors portray citizens in a futuristic society where human emotions have been eradicated in the name of peace.
"I'm definitely not afraid of 'feels,'" Stewart said at the conference. "My life revolves around it, actually. Finding the balance between the head and the heart is important -- but I've always been very driven by the gut."
Equals is scheduled for release in 2015, and Stewart will appear in Clouds of Sils Maria, Still Alice and Anesthesia later this year.
