A transcript of Kanye West's deposition in the case where he's accused of attacking a photographer was unveiled by TMZ on Wednesday.
In typical West fashion the document features quotes from the rapper where he belittles other singers, calls celebrities a minority group and gets offended when the opposing lawyer uses a racial slur while quoting one of his songs.
"I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever [expletive] dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears," West reportedly told the photographer's attorney Nate Goldberg.
"I'm in the business of trying to make dope [expletive] for the world." West added. "You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
Later on, Goldberg brings up the rapper's anti-paparazzi anthem "Flashing Lights," and quotes a line that reads: "Till I get flashed by the paparazzi, damn, these [expletive] got me."
"You have to ask for a hall pass. You can't just say the 'N' word around me," West said. "It offends me because you're a white person saying [expletive]."
West goes on to reference a time in which the racial slur was used against people like his parents in the '60s. Asked if he equates black people's struggles in the past to celebrities struggles nowadays, West said, "Yes, 100."
"I equate it to discrimination. I equate it to inequalities," he said. "We, as group of minorities here in LA, as celebrities have to ban together to influence guys like this -- guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the check."
Kim Kardashian's husband is expected to go to trial after Daniel Ramos filed a criminal case against him for allegedly trying to wrestle away the photographer's camera at LAX in July 2013.
