"Howard Stern's Birthday Bash" is to air as a live broadcast from New York Jan. 31, SiriusXM satellite radio announced Tuesday. Jimmy Kimmel is to serve as host of the event marking Stern's 60th birthday. Stern will reveal further details -- including the venue, celebrity guests and performers -- in the coming weeks on "The Howard Stern Show." "With this birthday bash, we are finally one step closer to making my birthday the national holiday it deserves to be," Stern said in a statement. "I am honored and excited to take part in a celebration of the life of my friend and hero Howard Stern. This should be the best BaBa-birthday party ever," said Kimmel. "Howard's show has never been better, and a star like him deserves a party like this," said Jim Meyer, SiriusXM chief executive officer.
