Actress Jennifer Lawrence was only slightly rebellious when she got a small tattoo on her hand as a reminder to stay hydrated. What she didn't realize at the time was that it's very wrong.
Lawrence's new, fingernail-sized "H2O" tattoo features a egregious flaw for those who have knowledge of the common molecule's written formula: the "2" is located in the wrong spot. Instead of being placed at the foot of the first letter, the Mockingjay Part 2 actress' "2" is located at the top.
"I call this tattoo a watered-down rebellion," she told Hit Fix at Comic-Con of her scar-colored ink. "I was with Liam [Hemsworth's] family and everybody was getting tattoos and I was like 'well I'm always gonna need to be hydrated, so I guess I should just get H20 on my hand.'"
"By the way, I know the two is high and in H2O the two is supposed to be low," she added. "I should have Googled it before I got it tattooed on my body."
