"Being married to a plastic surgeon, everyone assumes I've had everything done, but this is my [real] body and [real] face," she asserted. "People started body shaming me for not having a chest ... There's nothing wrong with [breast implants], but I just can't do it."
"There's nothing wrong with it," she said of those who choose to have procedures. "I think it's fabulous, and I think whatever you do that makes you feel good about your body and about yourself I'm 100 percent behind."
Dubrow and Terry Dubrow wed in 1999, and have four children together: 11-year-old twins Nicholas and Maximillia, 8-year-old Katarina and 4-year-old Collette. Terry Dubrow is known for his work on The Swan and Bridalplasty, and co-hosted Botched and Good Work.
Dubrow is an actress who portrayed Maddie on NBC sitcom Stark Raving Mad and Lydia on CBS series That's Life, and joined Bravo reality show The Real Housewives of Orange County in season 7. The program returned for a 10th season June 8, and airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.
"It's an epic season," she said in the interview. "I think for me, the drama on this season is based in real relationships as opposed to sort of petty fights and nonsense ... There's so much real stuff going on that there is a lot of drama, but it's not superfluous."
